What we are doing to ensure the safest possible environment for you

The governing bodies have implemented a few changes in the way that Practices operate and we are 100% compliant and in many cases, exceed the guideline standards they set.

The main changes are:

  • New signage at the Hub, inside waiting areas removed, non-contact hand sanitisers and sanitising gel in all rooms.

  • 30 minute cleaning regime between clients, air purifiers, UV (Ultra Violet) mobile sterilising unit and 'fogging' unit*.

  • New wipeable pillow and covers and use of DEW Disinfectants using Electrolysed Water throughout the Hub.

  • Guidelines state reduced client contact time - so visits can't exceed ONE HOUR in total from entry to departure.

  • Online booking system to book and pay (see link below) 

Please note:  When booking, can all clients (old and new) please choose new client for your first online booking as we need to capture your consultation form online now, which includes mandatory COVID questions. Any questions, just message us, as it’s a whole new world to us, as it is to you.
